***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT NEBRASKA IN-GAME THREAD***

We're surging back! Only down 32. To Nebraska.

Thank you, Tim Miles, for calling off the dogs.

That was great. I guess that was supposed to keep us happy for 50.............years.

Gilbert's transition 3 point attempt off the backboard that missed the rim could
have been a passing attempt.

We've actually started to cut into the lead the last few minutes....it's nice to see them not give up!!

If we had another 10 minutes we could have made this game interesting...

Yes, King gets into double digits in pure garbage time!

We made it back to 25. We lost to Northwestern by 25. And Nebraska by 25. Consistent awfulness.

Nebraska was an 8.5 pt. favorite tonight. The slide down the quantitative rankings continues.

They were going for the triple: same number for TOs, rebounds and missed threes. Came down to the very end

Line up next year (I give up this year) Mason, Murphy, Lynch, Coffee, MacBreay
Curry, Hurt, Fitzgerald, Dorsey, Konate off the bench

There - I feel better already!

These last two games rival Munson's last game as coach vs. Clemsom, I'm not sure Pitino survives this to coach next game.

He still has not taught a ounce about defense. If your not a blue blood in the Big 10 you better build your program around blood letting defense. Some fans want a exciting brand of hoops but the only thing exciting is winning.

Don't worry. I keep hearing that we should enjoy the process as we watch our young team exhibit good effort and show solid improvement over the course of the year.

The bottom does seem to be falling out.

If this keeps up, I don't think next yr is guaranteed for Coach P.

Losing at home to South Dakota was the beginning of the end for a tremendous Gopher football coach. Unless things change, Pitino might be taking a hike.
