Maybe I'm seeing what I want to see, but Pitino looks more like a deer in headlights all the time. Staring at his tie. Staring at his hands, etc. Not that one can blame him, but ugh.

I'm watching final episodes of Making A Murderer and recording the game. I want to watch a something that will be low anxiety before venturing in to thIs.

There seems to be a major lack of effort from the upperclassmen (Morris, King, Buggs) tonight. When they went in, it's like it sucked the life out of the court.
 


the seniors have horrible examples for the young guys
 




If Pitino can't win 6 games in the big ten this year he should get fired.
 


Many problems but this is the worst shooting team ever... Wide open threes are not even close so of course instead of shooting they throw it away all the time...

Pitino's reaction is common. He's preached and taught but his lack of strong upper classmen leadership is lost. Leading frost and soph's without leadership is impossible. That's why this team is a hot mess. No leadership from upperclassmen and that's not totally on Pitino.

At this point if he got 6 wins with this club - he'd be coach of the year!

This is a terrible team that has completely lost confidence, older guys showing no leadership. King looks like he is in la la land out there with the air balls, zero rebounds and falling over at least a couple of times without provocation. Actually - apologies to Morris who has played hard.
 


I'm having a tough time watching the past few games. I can't imagine what it's like to go to practice everyday when you play like this. It's ugly.

The 99-2000 team that was nuked by the scandal would wipe the floor with this team. The 2003-2004 team would wipe the floor with this team. The 2006-2007 team would take them to the wire and probably win. This is the worst Gopher team I've seen in 26 years and it's not really that close.

The question: At what point in the game did you switch from anger to laughter? I started laughing one minute into the second half.
 


I have to admit, I'm liking the Byrdsong comment more and more.
 

If they leave the coaching staff in Lincoln, will anyone object?
 


If we had an AD, I'd seriously think Pitino would be on the hot seat already. This is awful.

I have to agree. For comedic value, this game beats most sitcoms by a country mile.
