There are 11 players on offense. Simply looking at the numbers is a weak analysis of a QBs competency. Brosmer is a perfectly capable QB if given time to throw the ball.

What timeout did he waste? You gotta take a TO on the 4th down play to make sure you have the right play call....he's wasted TO's in the past, but this 2nd half he hasn't.
