***OFFICIAL ILLINOIS AT MINNESOTA IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

BSF and MBS were still in the middle of their routes while Tanner was getting sacked. We only needed 6 yards… run a drag route there for Pete’s sakes.
Middle of their routes and our QB had a three step drop

Why? Why must we suffer so? How long must we suffer so? Why do we continue to suffer so?

Defense going to cave here with offense not helping

Tanner has lost his mojo (at least today). Need to shake up the offense (at least today). IL isn’t going to do use any favors and turn over the ball.

Whether it be the vikings or gophers......I've never seen teams be in position to just stick a hand out and knock a ball away, and it just doesn't happen.

Can’t forget how much having a garbage FG kicker has hurt us this game. Could have kicked a FG there to make it a one possession game.
Haha the things people glom onto.

Is 15 4th quarter points too much to ask? Yes.

When your QB is completely immobile and he knows it, he panics when pressured. He does every time and rarely gets the ball away

Appears the Gophers got caught looking ahead to next week against Iowa.

Off? Have you not watched all year. This is him.
I’ve watched every game. PJ’s commitment to Tanner is deep. Tanner isn’t having a good year, and this game is one of his poorer games of the year. Teams substitute so freely at 21 positions; but that 22nd position is a different beast.

Amazingly there is still plenty of time here. It just feels like there’s no chance

Keep waiting for the Gophers to hit their groove. Can't wait much longer.

No apparent offensive adjustments have been made. Tough pill to swallow.
