They are better then their record but they are also a team we should be able to beat at home.

Let's stop with the excuses. This is not a good team and the gap in talent is finally showing. The defensive line is underwhelming except for Richardson. People will say, well we did so well against TCU? If they wouldn't have missed two open receivers they would have put 40 up on us. I hope I'm wrong and Kill can get things turned around, but I feel like we have gotten as far as we can with Kill. You are only going to go so far with two and three star players, until we can attract top talent we are what we are.

Hard to say. They have lost all four of their games by a combined score of 11. So they could likely be 6-0 instead of 2-4.

Nope, not happening. Leidner could easily get a career high passing yards trying, though, so maybe that's why he's still in there.

Who you got that wants to coach this dumpster fire and bring the program to the next level? Sarkisian maybe?
 


My take away on this is we are too banged up to compete with the better/more talented teams. Our youth shows...its not they are bad players, but inexperienced and not near where they could be with more experience. If we have a full/healthy squad, I don't think we're down like this and pointing fingers at everyone but Goldy...

Agree it is a longshot but Nebraska's biggest weaknesses have been pass defense and closing out games. If the offense manages to score on this drive and get a 2pt it could get really interesting....that being said we still have to score again to even start that discussion.

Great question, big lead and having some success on the ground....very odd series for them given the situation. Kill as much clock as possible with the big lead.
 


Why, why, why are we taking time off the clock with three running plays in four downs?
 



If you are going to call timeout in that situation why waste 20 seconds off the play clock? Just call the damn timeout and talk it over.
