I hate on Limey more than ML, because I think it is Limey's horrible, predictable play calling that makes our offense so ****ing stagnant. Our play calls are so predictable it makes it very easy for the defense to defend our offense.
 

3 points against Kent State in the quarter? That is pretty sad no matter which way you slice it. Our offense is putrid.

Another bad throw for a pick, but did you guys see the coverage on that play? We need a receiver to step up or this won't get better, no matter who's at QB

Has limey ever heard of the a 6 yard in route? Or how about a 6 yard out route? How about a bubble screen? How about a jet sweep? Why do we have to always throw 30 yards down the field with a inaccurate qb? That is on Limey!!
 



Please put someone else in the game! Please!

Even if he overthrows those two passes, put it in a spot where other people can catch it!

Like the announcer said, Leidner needs to audible in those situations. The question is, does Leidner have free reign to do that? Does Limey prepare him to do that?

True, I saw nobody open. Throwing it up in single coverage is fine, but that was still a horrible throw.

Limegrover should not be calling those plays. He needs to focus on more high percentage passes with ML. Not these 30 yard bombs that a professional qb would have difficulty completing on a consistent basis. Limey is a bad, bad offensive coordinator.

There are more routes being ran than those 30 yards down field. And do you have faith in Leidner making any of the throws you listed above? I saw him overthrow a 6'10" TE on a 6 yard out.

On both INTs the receiver had no chance at the ball.

Defensive injury and defense is starting to loosen up.

We could possibly lose this game!
 

Throwing it up is fine if you throw it over the defender not 5 yards short so the defender can intercept it

The first one I thought the receiver made a good attempt to fight for it, but you are right. Absolutely no chance to catch either.

ML should not need to audible out of that call, because it should never be called in the first place. I really don't understand Limey's offensive game plan. He really has no feel for the game. Once in a while he will call a great game, but most of the time it is this ebb and flow crap that makes it difficult for the offense to get in a grove.
