Why isn't Santoso putting the ball through the back of the end zone?
 




Am I alone in saying that I worry every time Craig James is back there to receive a punt?

Leidner isn't even good enough to be a D1 QB though. At least that's what this board tries to brainwash into people.

What a great read by Mitch. KSU brought 6' Mitch found the hot route.
 

They stopped the replay before you could see if the defender recovered inbounds.

More dull offense that can't run between the tackles with the bubble gum o-line, still won't run the jet sweep. Because it works.
 

Yeah it was a bad throw. As the announcer mentioned, he threw it off his back foot and just tried to guide it in there. Not a good effort.
 



Limey is really grinding smith. I hope he can hold up all season. we should be playing some of the other backs today to avoid an injury to smith.
 

I have a hard time envisioning KSU scoring more than 10 points today. Our D is literally screwing around with all kinds of stuff. We ran a twist stunt 3 times in a row one series.
 

Trying decide if it was the Oline's the WR's or the offensive coordinator's fault for that interception. Certainly can't be Leidner's fault the pass was under thrown.
 

he never steps into his passes. The big play for td last week to k j was thrown off back foot also.
 

10 carries for 18 yards in first quarter. We had a linebacker go for 155 on the ground the last time we played them.
 

Man, I am a die hard gopher fan and our offense is just painful to watch. I cannot imagine a non-gopher fan watching our games. Ten minutes of watching our boring offense and that fan is definitely changing the channel.

The OL is grinding Smith. In year 5 OL is the most disappointing position.

Tough first quarter...offensive line play is terrible right now...healthy or injured...they are all stinking so far.
 

Very disappointing on O so far. Was hoping for more, but not surprised. Bubble gum oline (like that one, gopher028) and a history of playing very conservatively in non conference. Oh well...

I know you know this, but ML was not recruited as a qb so we can not apparently expect him to throw like a qb.
