The best we can hope for is a repeat of 2006. But there's no Mo Hargrow or Zach Puchtel on this team, and I can't say that Pitino is a better coach than Monson at this point in time.
 

The effort is ridiculous. Walker hardly even tried to get the rebound on that missed free throw. I can take it when we just aren't as talented as another team or they are just playing much better, but I can't take total lack of effort.
 


I'm more convinced than ever, Mason is our best player.

Hollins is just playing awful and as long as that continues, we are not going to be any good.

Mo was crashing and the ball bounced long. It was a tough rebound for any big on this roster. If he would have given Super effort he would have gotten an ee type foul. We jus don't have a roster that can play this system since we have no leadership on this team
 



It's really concerning that players who are in their second year in Pitino's system are playing worse than their first year.
 




What the heck can Pitino even say to these guys at halftime? This is hard to take.
 


I seriously think Hollins needs to sit a couple games. Call it letting his toe heal...he needs a mental health break. There is no sign he is going to shoot his way out of this slump. Feel bad for him because I honestly thought he would have a big year.

I do gotta say that Fran is one of my favorite B1G coaches, the dude gets it.
 

Andre Hollins is a spot-up jumper - and that's it. He can't dribble in traffic, he's not fast, he doesn't pass, he doesn't defend - he's a jump shooter.

And if he's not making shots, he's useless.
 


I feel bad for the people who paid their hard earned money to watch a performance like this.
