Only stops until the ball is set except the clock stops on out of bounds under 2 minutes in the half I believe.

It's hard enough to win a B1G game without the refs giving Michigan the game.
 



Another thing Minnesota needs to overcome - officiating. Michigan, tOSU will always get the calls.
