Now the question is play for 3 points & run the ball or risk an interception & go for 7???
You would think after having your first start on the road against Wisconsin he would be more composed in a home game against a mediocre Michigan team...
That was a much tougher situation then what he's facing today so yeah he should be over it... this isn't Lloyd Carr's Michigan team...
You live in a negative fantasy world. I'm guessing Nelson will have the jitters all year and probably next year as well
I live in a REALISTIC world. Just like after the Alabama game Michigan should've been composed against any opponent worse then them. We started 4-0 against mediocre competition then were shocked against Iowa who had been battle tested. We're better because of facing better competition & I guarantee if we played Iowa or Northwestern tomorrow we would win...
Nelson is not going to face a tougher situation this year then his first start on the road against Wisconsin...
Not arguing that, just saying an 18-19 year old 3 games in isn't a hardened vet and will probably have jitters throughout the year and probably next year. Maybe Im misinterpreting you but I feel like you're saying since he was put in a tough spot vs wisky he shouldn't be nervous or have the jitters anymore and if that's what you're saying its laughable
Michigan using a lot of misdirection plays...
