*** OFFICIAL GOPHERS-MICHIGAN GAME THREAD ***

A flag on Michigan???? Heaven forbid.

everyone will see that this is a full proof plan that will work.

"Full proof?" As in, only a winning record in the B1G will provide full proof that the plan has worked. Don't know how you can say there's no way his plan won't work.

In the league of questionable clock management, running the play clock all the way down on 4th down and then taking a timeout, that's 30 seconds and one timeout you won't have back at the end of the game.

so this drive will help cover up the officiating discrepancy, well played Todd Geerlings...

I was being sarcastic sorry you didn't pick up on that

The sense of urgency should start at the beginning of the game, and not the last 10 minutes.

Again, I agree. Some one who actually understands what I'm complaining about. Thanks Sid!

Like I said, he hasn't been very accurate throwing the deep ball today, regardless of when it has been.

I hate these make up calls at the end of the game when the game is decided.

I love Jansen's commentary: "I'm surprised the Gophers aren't more excited at this point in the game."

What can the refs do to make it even when all we do are short passes and runs up the middle?

We're getting so many calls on this drive cause we're actually trying to go down field.

my lord we've blown a lot of chances. Again.

I'm really confused on the field goal right there? Might as well go for 7. When kill loses be loses by making the fans wonder wtf? When he wins we seem to be aggressive with the game plan. Maybe I'm missing something

the new onsides kickoff rules suck. I would love to see exactly how many players have sustained career ending injuries on that play the last couple years. my guess, 0.

What's the point to a field goal when you're down by that many? I don't get it?

Expert Dr. Don, please chime in?

technically it makes it a 2 score game, while no points leaves it as a 3 score game

edit: never mind, back to 3 score

OK, technically a FG gets you within 2 possessions. But when are you going to get another chance for a TD at the 3?

Well, we can still win if we score 8 field goals in the last 3 minutes!

I'm tired of hearing how Kill loves discipline. I haven't seen that from his teams for the past two years.
