Offers from Harvard, Princeton, and Yale per 247...smart kid

6-5, 274 pound OG from Monticello. Thats now 9 in-state offers, 10 including Seth Green and summer camp hasn't even started yet.

Carter Coughlin: The four-star Minnesota commit earned an invite to The Opening, and proved to be just as elite as Hayes. A 247Sports rankings bump is in order for the 6-foot-3, ½, 212-pound Coughlin who posted the highest Nike Football Rating Score thus far for the linebacker position, which included a 4.53 40-yard dash, 4.16 shuttle, 40-foot powerball and a 36.1 vertical leap. Everything Hayes did during the competition segment, Coughlin did as well.

Two more unknowns coming in

Osseo (Minn.) Maple Grove standout Isaac Collins won running back MVP honors, a quick jitter bug that made linebackers miss in cat and mouse drills, real smooth, effortless with his jukes in the open field

I like his video, nice size, moves well and he's a real tenacious blocker.

This kid is going to be a monster! He's just about as fast as anyone on our current team and he's what, 17? Where are we gonna line him up?

Really smart, mobile, and tough is a great set of skills for an olineman

Did you see this note at the bottom of that 247sports.com article?

Here is his video: http://www.hudl.com/athlete/3264289/highlights/216204375/v2

Who knows anything about this guy?

It looks like Seth Green had a nice camp at the Nike Elite 11 in Chicago. Also mentioned that local QB's Trent Pink (Elk River) and Henry Van Dellen (Providence Acedemy) had nice showings as well. Any word on these two QB's as potential recruits?

Is anyone else kind of bummed we won't be able to see this kid (Carter) play until after next season? Excited to see him get better. I wouldn't think it out of the question to see him bumped to a 5* especially with a sparq score like that. Number one LB and number seven player is impressive. These are some of the things that NFL scouts look at for athleticism.

Doubt 5 star but I wouldn't be shocked if he was a top 100 guy.

That is 3 Army All-Americans. Foster, Garcia, Coughlin. Let that sink in.

CC is the only one right now actually. Garcia just received the letter saying he has been "Nominated for consideration" but has not yet received an invite. It was also confirmed that Foster has not been invited yet.

My mistake. I misunderstood the tweets I saw earlier. Thanks for the prompt correction.

Does anyone believe we are only going to have 3 Army All Americans in this class?

Go Gophers!!

Interesting that they'd look at a JUCO OL. It looks like it's only Alex and Connor Mayes as Junior offensive linemen in 2016 (assuming this guy would be a junior coming in?).

It makes sense.

We really won't have a lot of depth at guard next season.

Im sure everybody is still wondering and its the million dollar question but does anybody have any insight or word on Kegel? Seems like he is dragging this out and with multiple OL being offered in the last few days that might not be a good sign.

They'll find room for him.

Carter is the only one selected to date, but all three are of Army All American quality whether they make the final cut or not. I would expect we will have more in this class as well.
