NIT Championship: #1 Gophers vs. #1 SMU at MSG [ESPN, Thurs @ 6:00PM]

Is it just me or did Mo have a chance at that Alley-oop? He just watched the ball fly by.

One thing we've known since the beginning of the season is that our boys play below the rim...

I'm already dreading not having Mathieu on our team after next season.

Malik with a terrible shot... that bounces in.

I'm not sure if I want him to get confidence or not.

If you have DVR. Go back and watch Pitino on the Smith 3.

He takes the shot and you see the palms to the sky/WTF reaction....then it goes in and you get the Tiger Woods uppercut pump. Hilarious.

Kinda like the way this game is being officiated! Let the boys play and the whistles or in their pockets like there suppose to be.

Is the 3 second rule not being called in the NIT? Smu has a guy just camped out

Please bench Malik... he brings nothing to the game.

Are we going to allow an alley oop every time down the court?

We're losing our composure. SMU playing very confident.

No one shoot but Austin or Little Dre. Everyone else, please pass to one of those two.

I guess so - shooting about 15% from 3's from the end of December... should put your butt on the bench

I think we've seen this sequence before:

- Malik Smith with an air ball 10 seconds into the shot clock.
- Malik Smith commits foul on defense.
- Andre Hollins misses layup.

The Gophers shot 3 free throws so far.

SMU playing good D.

Matheiu threw up a quasi-shot one time when he was fouled, and I thought he would get 2 shots; but the refs didn't agree apparently and called it a non-shooting foul.

Other than that, refs are calling a perfect game

Did Knight just say something about shooting a three with no chance to draw a foul? That guys brain is spaghetti.
