Tommy O is only 306, and Christensen is all the way down to 298. Pirsig lost 8 pounds from 325 to 317 and he wasn't even fat at that weight. Bush is only 304 as well. Overall not very impressed for the O-line. I like that Hayes and Lauer are up to to 320 and Campion lost a lot of weight which he needed to but i was really hoping to see Tommy O, Jon and Bush get up to at least 310 and i didn't think Pirsig needed to loose weight.

De'vondre Campbell is only 225 and Theiren is only 245 as well. Botticelli lost 10 pounds and Alex Kieth gained 10 pounds to 240. Scott Ekpe is up to 293 which i like with him taking a starting role. I would have liked to see Wozniak bigger but he is only 255. Lastly Dimonic Rhoden Mckinzy is 6-0 225. That is jacked for a QB.
 

Rodrick Williams is up to 247. Thatta boy!

Kirkwoodland down to 206. Wonder what's going on there.
 


Weight isn't a concern as long as the players are stronger, have more stamina, and/or quicker than last season.
 

Noticed Owen Salzwedel is not on the list. Could just be a mistake.
 





Jack Lynn up to 238? Good to hear. I'm not sure what he was before but I want to say it was in the 230 range.

I thought I read a quote from Kill or Claeys that Campbell was up to 235, but maybe that's just what he's trying to get to and not there yet.

Campbell wants to get up to 245 and yes, i remember it saying somewhere that he is up to 235. He played at 225 last year.
 

These weights must not be entirely accurate. From 4 days ago.

It could be but I expect it isn't. It is not that unusual for a player to be removed from the roster without any public explanation. I noticed that Riley Oharah was off the roster several days before there was any communication about it. But anyway good catch.

If both Jones and Croney qualify I believe that puts us back to 85 scholarships and we'd no longer be over the limit.

Another interesting weight is for Brian Bobek who is listed at 302. I am not sure but I thought when he was having health problems he lost a fair amount of weight. It appears that he has been able to put it back on. I assume this is very good news.

P.S. - I just checked his weight on the official 2013 roster and he was listed at 282.

I really hope we see him on the field this year. He's had quite the journey.

That is a good catch on your part and hopefully a good sign. I seem to recall talk of Meyer thinking he was too small for their system. I'd love to see him start and dominate OSU's tackle(s) this fall.
 

If the weight changes reflect the coaches wishes, we should be jacked. If they are random changes, not so much. I think this team is becoming very close to what Coach Kill wants and why he has been so unusually optimistic. Really the first time since he has been here. Very strong season directly ahead!

Thanks - Really appreciate the work you did for us. Normally DL65 doesn't have any real competition for GopherHole's most valuable I'd say you deserve the most valuable Geek Award.:clap:
