There's another possibility. The is a Lear Jet company in town that flies out of a private facility near the HHH terminal. I don't know if the U ever uses this service, but they might. Could go in and out under the radar (at least our radar).

Just scanned the scheduled departures and nothing notable except a private plane leaving from St. Paul's Holmen airport to Dane County Regional (Madison, WI) tonight. Doesn't appear to be a scheduled return flight from what I can tell. Looks like nothing. We'll have to scan every few hours tomorrow.

That flight is a "Life Guard" jet that is used for a medical emergencies, so I'm guessing this is a flight NOT for football coaches. More likely for time sensitive organ donations, etc.
