Don’t be such a sheep. The only thing holding KK back is a distaste for cool aide.No. They just have better quarterbacks. Syverson certainly is better

Hard school records to break considering TG ran the wing T forever and usually passed like 5 times per game. What was the career previous passing record holder at TG? Jay Storey with maybe 1000 career yards? It is common in the Gopher Hole to be tangential. Former #1 QB in the state who is still 18 years old. 4 year HS starter, broke his schools passing records. There are like 3 QB on the Roster at St. Thomas, not a lot of competition, you need to drink the cool aide to play for St. Thomas coach, reason they kicked him out of the MIAC. Who knows what the coach told him to get him there? The Pioneer League is no better then MIAC, no scholarships, Kids' are figuring it out. That is why they created the portal.
You’re right. I’m letting big cool aide get to meDon’t be such a sheep. The only thing holding KK back is a distaste for cool aide.
PJ, Christ, Frost, any D1 team, any team with scholarships…Did PJ not want the KK kid?
By definition St Thomas is a D1 team and other D1 teams with scholarships did want him as wellPJ, Christ, Frost, any D1 team, any team with scholarships…
Pioneer League is really the same thing as DIII. That's not tongue-in-cheek.By definition St Thomas is a D1 team and other D1 teams with scholarships did want him as well
I don't disagree and what you said is aside the point. St Thomas is by definition a D1 football school and KK had offers from schools with scholarshipsPioneer League is really the same thing as DIII. That's not tongue-in-cheek.
Those schools all used to play DIII football, as DI basketball schools, then the DIII schools decided that was an unfair advantage and kicked them out of DIII football.
So they invented the Pioneer League and set the rules to be the same as DIII.
St Thomas offers as many scholarships as St Scholastica.By definition St Thomas is a D1 team and other D1 teams with scholarships did want him as well
I was only commenting on the UST being a DI football school. I disagree that they meet the requirements, and it's really just an "in name only" designation for the special situation of the Pioneer League.I don't disagree and what you said is aside the point. Do you think that ZA walked on here because his offers weren't commitable? I.e. what makes you so sure FAU? and central Michigan weren't commitableSt Thomas offers as many scholarships as St Scholastica.
And they maybe offered him. But those weren’t commitable or else he wouldn’t have gone to st thomas
Annexstad’s parents give enough to the U to pay for 20 students per year. Don’t think that was why he walked on. He also started Day 1. KK should walk on and start here.Do you think that ZA walked on here because his offers weren't commitable? I.e. what makes you so sure FAU? and central Michigan weren't commitable
Will his dad chime in here? After a twitter post this Spring in which his dad criticized his former teams passing games and his brother dubbed him “best arm in the state”, KK remains unsigned. Unsure if he is waiting for a bigger NIL deal or if Nick Saban had the wrong number.

Tom Brady started at Michigan. Some guys get overlooked and have to grind.
Tom Brady was inches away from going undrafted. KK still has time to emerge.
Yeah but only because he wasn't railroaded by Glenn Caruso.Tom Brady started at Michigan.
Only as a junior and senior.Tom Brady started at Michigan.
You’re right. He only started for a top team for 2 seasons.Only as a junior and senior.
Question for ya: I'm not sure if I know you...any chance you are a Richard?
to his credit he once was in line for fbs scholarship offersWas the original Brady comment sarcasm? If so I apologize, but otherwise you are talking about a guy who was a backup at one of the top programs in the country vs a guy who can't get an FCS scholarship offer.

I asked some guys that know him. He will do great, Covid limited opportunity for the class of 2021. He has grown since last year, he was 17 going into college. He made the largest personal gains in his off season training for his college team last year. He made the Honor Roll for the league he had a 3.9 GPA in all upper level science courses. He liked his team and teammates. I believe he wanted a team that throws the ball.to his credit he once was in line for fbs scholarship offers
Honest question and not trying to troll, is he still unsigned and currently not with a team? If so why not? I know we joke around about him a lot here but I would think he could catch on at least at an FCS school, or D2 at minimum.I asked some guys that know him. I don't think anyone on here has anything against the kid himself. I have no doubt he is a great kid, and will accomplish more in his football career than 99% of people who ever step out onto a field. I think when people bash him they are really trying to indirectly rip on the guy who came on here to promote the kid.Let’s let the kid be! He’s probably a decent kid and if it weren’t for the relative that’s been bashing the U in hopes of (well I’m not sure what)… Nobody on here would have heard of the kid and if we ran across his name we’d cheer him on as a MN native.
Covid resulted in teams keeping athletes around additional years. I heard he had offers from Divsions 1 to division III and Ivy League, a number of teams offered him a spot to compete. I do not know what team he signed with. He as four years and is only 18 or 19. I think he is looking at programs that will set him up academically and play to his strength which is throwing the ball. He was the #1 247 QB his senior year in HS, he started on JV as a 12 year old and threw for 2,000 yards with over 80% completion rate. He started in HS four years. He has a great track record, time will tell. Look at the QB's for the gophers that are just getting their chance in their 3 and 4 year of college. I hope they all do great.Let’s let the kid be! You’re his dad Dr. Tom. It’s ok to be proud of him. Just come out with it. You’re a Sartell guy. I know who you are. You’re the same dad that commented on his Twitter post. No one here cares if you’re his dad.I asked some guys that know him. He will do great, Covid limited opportunity for the class of 2021. He has grown since last year, he was 17 going into college. If you’re not his dad (which you are) and you’re watching his brothers highlights on YouTube we maybe need to report you. You know his gpa…it’s odd.Sorry not his dad, but I am a fan of his. If you want to see something funny take a look at his little brother Triston's 7th grade football highlights on Utube. HIs little brother is a beast, he is a 8th grade QB on the Varsity team in St. Cloud MN.
