The corollary to Fleck not talking about outgoing transfers is his locker-room surfing after wins. He's consistent with how he treats situations. He surfs the locker room after they beat Northwestern State because that's how he celebrates wins with the team, it doesn't matter the quality of the opponent. He hasn't commented about Koi because he doesn't comment about outgoing transfers, it doesn't matter the quality of the player.
A quick Google search didn't turn up any comments he made when Phillip Daniels left, and the only outgoing transfer I recall him commenting on is Cam Wiley. That has stuck in my memory because he talked about how much he thought of Wiley as a person.
He'll get asked about it during his next media availability and I'm guessing he'll deflect by saying how excited he is about the recruiting class and the transfers that have come in. His focus is on the team he has, not the team he might have had, and that seems like the best way to approach the job.
