A buddy of mine made this a while back. So choice.
Bo Ryan at Wisconsin has beaten a higher seed in the NCAA tournament just as many times as Tubby Smith at Minnesota.
If you want to improve your NCAA bracket choices, choose all of the underdogs in Wisconsin's region. Didn't they make the Elite 8 a season in the not too distant past in which they didn't beat a seed above a 10?
Yup, they beat 11 seed Northern Iowa, 14 seed Bucknell, and 10 seed North Carolina State before losing to 1 seed and eventual national champion North Carolina according to Wikipedia. Even last year when Wisconsin was upset by 12 seed Ole Miss, the 13 seed in the adjacent game got the win, which would have set them up for a game against a double digit seed in the round of 32.
Becky made the final 4 last year. You are referring to two years ago when Ole Miss upset the Skunks
