Double J then about a 20 way tie. Lucky is going to be a major force for us whether at TE or DE. Celestin in the surprise sleeper. Defenses are built with strength up the middle. DTs, MLB, and Ss. I love both DTs. Great class.

I'm excited about Gaelin Elmore. I hope Kill is able to redshirt him and he is Maxx's understudy in 2015.

Obviously Jeff Jones, Connor and Holland are the easy ones to be excited about, but I am pretty excited for Gibson and Elmore as well. Gibson seems like a hell of an athlete and nothing would make me happier than having a stud TE from Wisconsin. ;)

Short term, obviously Jones. But long-term, lot of the guys. The two DT's excite me, as do the 3 WR's, Dimonic, the 3 TE's... A case could be made for a lot of them turning out to be the star of the class. Looking great, Kill & Co!

None of the above. Steve Richardson is, to me, the most intriguing. 37 tackles for loss and 17 sacks as a senior. He's only 5'11", but has had some freakish numbers. Can't wait to see if he gets any playing time this year. Always love those players that out perform their measurables.

If Richardson was even 6'2", he would've been able to go to any school of his choosing.

I like all of these guys because I feel like this is a class that we have guys who are physically built and ready to play, if need be. So often we've recruited kids have the potential to develop physically, with time, into Big Ten players. This class, there are guys that look like they could play tomorrow - Moore, Richardson, Holland, , Elmore, Mayes, McKinsey (seeing him last night at the social, he is JACKED - I couldn't believe how thick he is for as young as he is), etc. We've legitimately come a long way and continue to progress.

All this said, I'll be the 2nd one to pick Poock. Watching his film, he looks to kill everybody. And with hair like he has and the crap he's probably taken from people, I like that he hasn't cut it - just doesn't care what people think, and conversely, I get the sense he's not going to care who he's lined up against - 5 star, 4 star, whatever, he's going to look to knock their head off.

And I think he's among those most likely to see playing time right away.

McKinzy, mostly because I want us to have a game-changing QB and hope he is the guy.

Jeff Jones. Then Elmore & Mayes.

Most exciting thing about this class is that I believe it proves that Jerry Kill's recruiting model works. JK can talk all he wants about selling MN, TCF, the U, Fortune 500 companies, but what JK is really selling is JK, and some good players are buying.

This says a lot about this class after Jones everyone is listing different names.. This is great that we have this many guys to to pick from who have big upsides

Holland jr

ive seen this team win with 0 weapons at receiver... this kid has the body to take some hits... gentry needs to work in the weight room for a yr... add this kid to wolitarsky and d. jones... and I like what I see forming there...

i choose Dominic for the sole reason that the success of any gopher team will be dependant on the play of the QB. yes the others need to preform but without a QB that can hit wide open WR's and make good decisions in the read option this team will go no higher than what we saw last year. with that said the OL has to be above average as well and the group this season will be stellar you do need all 5/6 of them to work together to give the QB the time to throw and to open reads for him to make. so honorary votes go to any OL

Add Miles to the List

Here's another name for the list -- Miles Thomas. One of the huge needs we have for next year is getting a replacement for Henry. I'm not sure who fills that role, but here's to Miles stepping in a blowing up D-Lines for our RBs.

Yep, Henry was legitimately a critical part of the team last year. Let's hope that one of the Kansas CC kids can fill that role for the next couple seasons.

Not sure if you've seen this video, but Elmore makes a bunch of awesome pancake blocks:

Kinz looks very confident in practice, so I might tend to agree w/ you. He might be the real deal. And outside of the OL, qb is the key.
