Being "only" in the bottom 10% rather than worst is not worthy of a label of "improvement". If not for the tournament they didn't (yet) back out of this year, it'd be worst again.

I'm being kind to the Gophers. ... I've learned some folks are easily offended by "mean tweets". (wink)

If someone could be so kind, please remind me in April after the season is over and I'll see how these rankings turned out with each team's final average NET ranking of non-con opponents. It will take some time to add 'em up (82 teams with 11-13 non-con games each), but we'll get 'er done.
