THANK YOU, DAWSON GARCIA!
Still a head scratcher. I hope he just wants to be able to play more so he is moving down a level because if he honestly thinks he is going to a P6 school and being anything but a bench player he will be sorely mistaken.Probably true but we couldn't even get three years from Carrington.
Misery loves company. You know it is ok to let at least one thread around here be positive right?
Quality of Life.Burns already lying that DTA was the reason it happened
If you’re choosing Minnesota, then money is automatically not the top factor for you. Just facts of life.
Glad that Dawson can look past the money in the short term to realize staying here was his best long term option!!
How many times do we need Hawkins to announce he's coming back? That's a start.
Now let's have Christie, Hawk, and Fox follow suit.
I wouldn't mind it once a week. How many times do we need Hawkins to announce he's coming back?

Hopefully he is the tipping point for them to all return. That's a start.

Ummm did you not see the football team all announce they were coming back to D.T.A.Burns already lying that DTA was the reason it happened

Let's show some respect for our floor leader. He said it; he said it early to help the team; and he meant it.I wouldn't mind it once a week.
Every day is a choice...I wouldn't mind it once a week.
Every night as I drift off to sleep.I wouldn't mind it once a week.
I don't know if most is the right word, but after he announced his transfer, many here didn't want three years from Carrington.Probably true but we couldn't even get three years from Carrington.
What the advantage of saying a player left a bunch of $$ on the table?
I think this is Ben complimenting Garcia for putting team in front of money and that is good. I am thankful to Garcia for it.What the advantage of saying a player left a bunch of $$ on the table?
That he has a commitment to Minnesota for one reason or another, more than the other local players can say, and yes it is important. What the advantage of saying a player left a bunch of $$ on the table?

Are we still talking about Garcia or did this turn into a plea for help?Every night as I drift off to sleep.

Liked Dawson before this, but he moved up on my Favorite Gophers List when I saw this quote:
"I take extreme pride and gratitude in wearing 'Minnesota' across my chest," Garcia said in a statement. "I couldn't pass up the opportunity to run it back one last time and represent this state. Let's make it a special year Gopher nation!"
