Bubblicious Friday: Productive Day On The Bubble For Gophers

There's no way in hell SMU and Southern Miss should be in ahead of the Gophers.

EDIT: Or BYU

If SMU, BYU, or Southern Miss get in ahead of the Gophers, the message is clear. Play a week ass schedule, and hope to beat a couple top 100 teams along the way. And it's OK to lose to 3-4 sh!t teams along the way, as long as you pile up the wins against cream puffs.

One other RPI note: we're perilously close to losing another top-100 win, as Indiana now checks in at #100.

Don't you think the "top 100" criteria has been established already? I mean, The committee can't afford to wait until 4pm tomorrow to really look at the True end of season top 50/100/etc wins and losses.

The old chair of the committee was on ESPN earlier today and they asked him when they would have the teams decided and he stated they usually have all the teams selected by the end of Saturday and then have a few contingency plans in case there are teams playing in championships on Sunday that only would get in via the autobid. So according to him the committee would pretty much have all the teams selected by now and tomorrow is more setting up the bracket and seeding.

If I were on the comittee, I'd wonder how Southern Miss deserves to get in when they have ONE Top-50 RPI win over NDSU and they can't ever beat Louisiana Tech.

Exactly my point. Thanks.
