Big Ten Football in October?

Was following a thread on Twitter on Sunday.
The thread was started by a reporter from the Athletic, who had an update on the B1G POC meeting.

Then it got.....interesting.

People started arguing with the reporter, including the gem comment that the reporter's account of events was different than what Sir Yacht was reporting!

Yup. there are people out there who believe that Sir Yacht is a more reliable source than a sports reporter who covers the B1G for her job.

(BTW, Yacht is "reporting" that the B1G has already taken its vote and will return to play, but some teams will opt out of returning....)

zuscht boy has been the most entertaining thing this offseason. Of course he’s full of schit...

If I want disinformation on the prospect of heart arrhythmia, sudden cardiac death etc, or conflicted “sources” The Athletic’s Auerbach and Mandel are all over it. Exception is Bruce Feldman who has consistently been the voice of reason over the years and is a true professional.

The vote saga continues.

Dan Patrick is still claiming his source thinks they will play in October. Not sure who the source is.

Trumps suppressing the votes of the schools that don't want to restart. That's what's taking so long.

No a better idea would be no fans and have the thousands go to their neighborhood bar and watch the game with their friends. And of course, no masks and not 6 feet apart. Now that is a stupid decision. Maybe going to the stadium, require masks, sitting 6 feet apart might be a better solution.

What bar holds thousands of people?

How did the vote go today??

Twitter said they were going to vote today. Must be true.
