Doesn't he go to that school that the NCAA doesn't accept their classes??
EDIT: 247 Sports also says that he's visiting Minnie 8/14-8/17.

Overzealous reporters stepping out of line on that one.
The kids (and class) in question have been cleared by the NCAA.
They were ruled ineligible before they were ruled eligible.
I would rather have Thomas than Stone for the class of 2015. This kid is a stud!! What happens if we get Travis to sign this year, so much for Elijah Thomas then?
Oh ya I know that, it was just a thought that I had...Would easily still take Thomas if he wanted to come here. Might be too early to worry about that scenario though.

We were playing Rodney and Mbakwe at the 4 and 5 last year, so Stone and Travis could easily play together, but I'm not holding out hope that we land Thomas. He's a long shot.
I think Stone and Thomas are both long shots for Minnesota.

I'll do you one better, I know they are long shots for Minnesota.
All recruits are long shots for every college until they sign the LOI.
They don't play the same position. Travis is a 6'6 PF and Thomas is a 6'9 C. They could co-exist.
Even better by Dr. Don!
