That was my position during the last election. There was absolutely no way I would vote for Billiary. As the race progressed I decided to vote for Trump as I support his policies and that's what matters most to me. I would prefer that he kept his trap shut and ignore all the pot shots. But that is who he is as he is a battler and doesn't easily give in.

I think the debates will be an important factor in who wins.

Talk is cheap.

I'm not sure that talk indicates any of what you're stating. The tweet for this thread is a good example. It costs him nothing, he accomplished nothing, he's not likely to accomplish anything ... and he hasn't helped anything.

But folks see talk and think "oh man he tells it like it is" and so forth, but he did nothing but get folks to buy into some BS.

And that works great for him, for most everything, imagine being able to send out some tweets, claim support / victory, and never being held to any sort of results.

He's the ultimate social media activist, no results, no action, no responsibility but victory because tweets and soundbites.

Have you been around TCF Bank Stadium and surrounds lately? Its like no-mans land. Trump cares about the little guy, his job or lack of, and local business that are closed or struggling to stay open.

Where is Joe with all this?

Electing Trump was the ultimate expression of fear. The country was and is changing and he played right into the right's fears of the "other." Muslim ban? Build the Wall? Undocumented immigrants are rapists and murderers? Caravans storming toward the border? The second amendment is going to disappear? Attacks on Christianity? My goodness, the whole thing was one fear after another. And you fell for it.

Not only that, people like you convinced yourselves that your side are the only "true" Americans and anything else must be destroyed, because it was "dangerous" and these "others" were "seeking to destroy America."

Trust me, there are plenty of righties engaging in rioting/looting as well. Anyone with any common sense would realize it's neither one side or the other that is solely responsible. It's been shown time and again.

But you have convinced yourself it's the evil lefties who are entirely responsible, again, because they're out to "destroy America." LOL.

It's actually quite pathetic to assign all of it to one side or the other as there is plenty of blame on both sides. Yet, people such as yourself gleefully join right in with the extreme "progressives are evil!" because you're a "real" American.

Trumps only legislative action he was at all involved in, tax cuts, do not indicate he 'cares about the little guy' quite the opposite.... on almost every choice he makes.

He's a rich dude who has lived a life of entitlement and managed to convince enough 'little guys' that he's there for them... and he just throws them table scraps and tweets.

The Righties doing the damage thing? If so, it doesn't compare to BLM and Antifa involvement. Once again, pay attention to what is going on.

Sounds plausible to me.

Okay, I'll bite. What "facts"? Which of your freedoms are being threatened? And now as it pertains to riots/looting, it's matter how how MUCH one side is doing? Silly me! I thought rioting/looting was terrible and wrong regardless of which side was doing it.

As to the rest of it, the entire extreme-righty position these days is one, big "what if"? As in, "if" this guy gets elected, than this is "what" is going to happen. Which brings it back to the fact that it's all fear-based. And it will continue unabated with Trump

You keep on talking about fear. I think you are confusing that with resolve, strength, determination, doing what is right to protect our hard fought liberties. Things that Americans have done since the founding of our country.
