Right here. Slow it down and you can clearly see his left arm and hand are not under the ball at which point the ball moves.

I don't believe the Vikings challenged it anyways. The Hockenson play is automatically reviewed because it was a scoring play.

It looks like his hand/arm is still underneath the ball. You cannot definitively see the ball on the ground at that time.
