All Things 2025 Minnesota Vikings In-Season Thread

Then why was the D Smith play ruled a catch? Same thing happened there, ball touched the ground then moved after.
If one’s a catch, then so is the other. If one’s not a catch then so is the other.

There's not a view showing the ball hitting the ground on that play.

Very bizarre take putting this more on the Vikings Defense who gave up 21 points, when the Offense Scored 22.

How are you not factoring in the other points (pick 6) which accounts for the margin of the defeat?
Yuppers and if you need to blame a unit, it would seem to be on the O and the red zone ineptitude; you don’t deserve the W when you basically boot FGs all day long.

I still can't understand why Wentz didn't throw to wide open Ham. Just baffling. He looked right at him too.

KOC failed to challenge the play, so moot point.

You can never see the ball clearly hit the ground in that view.
Between 5 and 6 seconds in that video, the ball suddenly appears because it hit the ground. If you can’t see that, open your 👀 😜
But as Ope3 said, KoC didn’t challenge it.

It looks like his hand/arm is still underneath the ball. You cannot definitively see the ball on the ground at that time.
