All Things 2024-25 Vikings Regular Season Thread

Knock on wood, hate to say it, but you can't really rule out the possibility that Darnold gets nicked up in Week 17 or 18 and Jones steps in and leads them into the playoffs. Unlikely, but it could happen
You realize he runs the scout team offense, right? It would take 2 injuries for him to see any snaps in a game. Otherwise the chances are 0.0%.

Will the percentage of Packer fans be less than 40%?

Honest question.
I think/hope so is the under; this is such an unexpected run with that once in a generation type momentum, akin to the Twins WS runs, how can you not want to be in the building?

It’s electric: I still remember that feeling seeing Game 6 in ‘87 WS and when American Pharaoh won the Triple Crown. I’m smiling just thinking about it😃.

Did we just seal up the top wild card spot?

I know that we are going for the division, but if we lose to Green Bay, there would be no reason to play starters against Detroit. Assuming Detroit would beat the niners.

Fun end to weekend after how the Wild and the Timberwolves played. Though, being honest, Viking fans would be bitching like hell over a holding penalty that could have called on the LT on the last TD pass.

🤷‍♂️

They could have called a holding on one of Smith’s TD passes - Ward was mugged.
