All Things 2024-25 Vikings Regular Season Thread

That Murray INT was no worse than a punt. Zero problem taking a shot there.

Why did the clock run on that last drive when Kyler ran out of bounds? He even extended his arm out as he went out of bounds.

I’m glad they scored but I would have run the ball there to try to get a 1st down to burn more time.

Didn't see that coming. Played like sheet for 3 qtr's and come back. Where were they the first 3.

That did feel like an impending L all the way until that last pick.

Big win in terms of Wild Card aspirations.

Need to keep winning games. Obviously gonna make the playoffs and almost certainly wont win the division.

But huge difference between getting the top wild card(or at least the top 2) compared to getting the 7 seed and having to face Philly

So don't want to go on a slide. Would like to see more consistent play but wont complain with Ws

Or the Lions right off the bat, especially if the Eagles hang on this afternoon against the Ravens.

IIRC, we had a 96-98% chance yo make the playoffs before today’s game; it would take a Twins level Tank to not make it and KOC ain’t Rocco.

After watching that game, I honestly don't quite know if the Cardinals are better than I thought, or the Vikings defense is just coming back down to reality? Giving up 406 yards of offense isn't great, it's a good thing the Cardinals couldn't convert FG's into TD's.

Last year I think the Vikings were near 90% when they beat the Raiders last year, if I recall correctly. We know how that worked out.

A loss to the Cards today would have had them just 2 games back and without the Tiebreaker.

Prior to today Atlanta was also more of an outside threat with a head-to-head game looming. Now they are 4 back.

I also think it's important to try to avoid the 7 seed.
