2024 Postseason ⚾️ Thread

Trevor McGill throwing a stellar 6 inning for the Brewers - reminded me so much of Trevor Richards 🤠

meh, not really a dramatic Mets win when the payroll is almost 3x higher, usually means the player quality is much much better so they have a greater chance for success
I guess, yes, dramatic. Fortunately I don’t have the nerve to get sucked into these bad beats anymore. Losing 5-0 would probably be easier to tolerate.

Mr. Alonso, please to introduce you to Mr. Cohen’s private 🏦 bank; please sit tight while we back it up to you.

Ka Chingy for the 🐻‍❄️

You’re absolved, after you give me 10 Let’s Go Mets

What a rough series loss for the Brewers. I was actually hoping they would win. Chourio is so fun to watch.

I don't have the hate for the Brewers nearly as much as the Packers or Badgers. I'm not a big fan of the big market teams in MLB like the Dodgers, Phillies or Mets so it'll have to be the Padres I guess.
I only like the Mets because I live here and as a new person with semi self-respect I’d rather watch a highlight reel of Houston Jimenez than root for the Yankees.

The Padres are my fantasy version of the Twins and I’ve always crushed on Manny Machado❤️. His elite baseball skillz and cockiness enthrall me.

Kyle Schwarber became a much better MLB hitter than I ever fathomed he’d become

I generally like Bob Costas but this is terrible. One of the best players in MLB makes a great play in a critical situation and this is your call?

That Yankee payroll just has terrible luck.

Mets closing out tonight.

Dodgers force Game 5, so they can choke at home😃
