2024-25 Gopher Hockey Season

You can play for 2 minutes. Then review a play and say that nothing in that last 2 minutes never happened? What a dumb ass rule. The Penn state guy went to initiate the contact and because he’s a midget gets hit in the head at Chesley’s waist. What a freaking joke.

If something dumb is happening, usually Chesley is involved. That was unnecessary. Period.

That is just a devastating call. Not saying the gophers can’t fight back, but they had all the momentum and now they have nothing.

Chesley absolutely is a moron but if that’s a major penalty then god help us all.
A stupid cross check to the helmet is a major even if the guy is shorter, ducking, falling etc

Memo to Big Ten hockey officials; if it takes five minutes to discern the supposed penalty the evidence is not sufficient to overturn a non-call. Then apply the common sense you’re about to completely change the complexion of the game and you had better not make the call under those flimsy circumstances.

It's a high stick and 2. I don't get why we're checking.

Well, that evens it out for this game. Alright PP. Terrible all year and now is the biggest one of the season.

A share of the title is plenty given the OT and SO woes. Get healthy and sweep lowly ND and then it starts. I could see it going to three next weekend but if they work them in game 3 meh that's fine.

Kind of a silver lining. We get a share of the title and still get to play next week. Obviously would prefer to win outright but will take it I suppose.
Exactly. Don’t have the indignity of sitting two weeks and forced into one and done scenario.

Hilarious how crabby MSU fans online are about having to share the title.
