Transfers are generally one of these types:For all of those who thought transfers would slow down....
They are fairly compensated so I don't feel bad for coaches per se but man there is a lot to take in. Not only coaching but filling out your team each year and having really no idea who is staying/going each year.
If you are looking at it positively, this provides a team like ours a chance to get good quickly. 20ish years ago we would be in for a 4-5 year build trying to get freshman to come in every year and build. Now you can pluck guys and move up in a hurry. For me that is why there has been less patience with a new staff, you can build a team quick with experienced pieces. Hopefully Ben and staff either have inklings of guys leaving or get in on some of these guys early, would be nice to have a strong start to the offseason.

4. Want to go home (best prospects for our Gophers to get a high end player)
