Taurus shot 36.5% (31% 3PT), 9.4 PPG and 1.7 APG as a junior. He is 6'0" 175 lbs. 81% FT shooter.
Interestingly had two of his best games against high majors, 23 points on 6/10 3PT against Georgetown (no assists), and 22 points on 7/13 shooting against Stanford.
It looks like Dartmouth did not have a true PG, with their leaders averaging 1.9 and 1.8 APG so he is more of a combo guard.
He could be a nice veteran presence off the bench, but I do not think he is being brought in as a starter. It makes me wonder if Ben is not selling playing time to an off guard because he anticipates Carrington/Henley seeing a lot of minutes...which is why we are looking to fill this spot with a bench piece.
To the people saying "we have 3 scholarships left be patient" it is unusual in the transfer portal world to take backups first and then fill in starters. If we are bringing in this guy for a visit, I don't think we are in the running for players of the McIntosh/Stewart/Jones caliber anymore.
