I feel bad for those out there that pour their hearts into the Vikings. Maybe this trade works out, but right now it's a major buzzkill.

Maybe they'll move back up in front of the Packers and take Treylon Burks. That would make it worth it.

Yes. Terrible trade.
If you go by the trade value chart, the Vikings three draft picks from the trade are worth roughly 280 points. The #12 pick alone is graded at 250 points and when you add the #46 pick, it's 336 points total.

You would think the team trading up would sacrifice some overall points to gain the higher ranked player, but somehow the Vikings new brass avoided doing that. And to a division rival.

Giving back a 2nd rounder makes it a bad trade IMO. Should have been something like a 4th rounder going back.
