Yeah because prosecutors always plead suspected murders down to misdemeanors! Stop it. That was prosecutorial misconduct overcharging him when they know he didn’t commit a murder.

I have a work buddy that is a former prosecutor and he reviewed all the documents available on LexisNexis and simply can't believe how he can't be in prison.
He is a hunk of **** and I wish he were rotting in a cell.
