I see 8 wins, Losses to Ohio State, Iowa and two from this group: Nebraska, Colorado, Wisconsin or Northwestern.

I thought they hired this coach cause he could recruit? So where are the players?

BJ has been head coach for about 11 minutes. Zero games played. LOL. Overreaction much? I'll wait for a few years before I can judge his recruiting ability. This next class, 2022, is what really matters. Land Holloman, Lee, and Watson-Saulsberry and that's an amazing class.

Keonte Schad has Entered the Transfer Portal

Pinckney, Martin, MDT, Carter, Chaney are all ahead of him. I think Easton will play some Dend as well.

All Things 2021 Gophers Basketball Recruiting Thread

Filip Rebraca dropped 23 and when 2-3 from the 3 point line against the gophers and our all everything 7'0" center Liam. Hight is such an over-rated measurement.

Eli King commits to Iowa State

Bummer. He would have been an important player to get. I think he had an ACL injury this season.

    Roster Projections

I thought I read an article saying something to that. Plus I think he's a very poor 3 pt shooter.

I think you'll see Fox at center a decent amount.

PAYTON WILLIS COMMITS TO MINNESOTA, RETURNS BACK

Quality player and depth guy, if not a starter. I like it. The roster is filling up with experienced player, they need to add another big at least.

PAYTON WILLIS COMMITS TO MINNESOTA, RETURNS BACK

He averaged 9 points a game when he was with the gophers during the 2019-2020 season. OK.

    Current Roster

It will be the case for a vast majority of schools, just wild. I like what Ben Johnson is doing. Get a bunch of 6'5" - 6'9" athletes who can play multiple positions on the floor. Get the two kids from A&M and UND center and look out!

    Parker Fox commit to Minnesota

Interesting they view him as a center, although he can't shoot great from beyond the arch and his FT is around 50%.

    Parker Fox commit to Minnesota

Huge! Look at his offer list. Fox can jump out of the gym, rebound, defend, great get for this later bloomer. The roster is starting to fill up. Get that big from UND and another PG and fill in the rest.

All Things 2021 Gophers Basketball Recruiting Thread

Theo is legit. He didn't play a ton with Dawson Garcia and another freshman stud who I can't remember. He would be a 10plus point and 6 plus boards a game starter for MN. Sounds like it won't matter anyway.

Theo is a beast. That would be a huge get honestly and our starting center next year.

    Fresh Start Liam Robbins Thread

They were 3-13 last year, 11-21, 9-23 (0-18 in conference), 12-20. . . the last few year. The feels like doormat material.

    Fresh Start Liam Robbins Thread

Weird. Vanderbilt is a doormat program. Why go there?

Another BOOM: Eylijah Stevens from Lafayette

Robbins was dominate at times this year from a mid-major school. How's Houston going this year? A mid-Major school.

    Who will be #3?
