Man...Really wanna go. Graduating from the U in like two weeks, so I think they would still let me do the student package hopefully. Eager to see what they come up with because what I have seen quoted here so far is just too much...

To be honest, as long as you have a student ID. I'm sure you'll be able to go. I doubt they even check for enrollment.

Who is the 'home' team for the game? (Yes, I'm asking because I want to know if we'll be wearing home or away uniforms)

Alamo Bowl, Belk BowlJust read elsewhere that outside of the NYD 6 bowls, Outback and Citrus are the only two that feature two ranked teams. Great chance for the conference to impress.
Mizzou fan here, looking forward to the matchup. I saw some chatter in this thread about Mizzou fans being upset with the matchup, but I think that's just the vocal minority that had a specific opponent in mind (lots of old Big XII guys like to see matchups with former rivals). Anyway, lots of respect for Kill and the Gophers, and I think the fanbases will get along quite well down in Orlando. I haven't watched enough Minn football to know your strengths and weaknesses, but expect to have your QB laying on the ground most of the afternoon, while our offense sputters around and looks hapless until (hopefully) the 4th. It's been a weird year for a team that most of us figured was in rebuilding mode, and for fans that have been used to great offenses and terrible defense during the Pinkel era.
Would be really cool if our ADs parlayed the bowl game into a home-and-home. I'd love to get up to check out your new stadium! Good luck to you all and enjoy Orlando.
EDIT: Forgot to add, despite all the noise about the Indiana game, I wouldn't read into that too much. Total fluke loss when we we're without our stud DEs and we took a devastating PI penalty on 4th down with a min left to give Indiana the shot to win. Indiana also had a good QB at that point, to be fair to them.
Gophers will be home team.
