I could barely watch the last 52 seconds, especially after Zeimer clanked it off the crossbar on a PSU tip. I was thinking you are f'ing kidding me. But they held on and got 'er done. Mooney was scrappy at the end, and then both guys were like, "Good tussle. See you tomorrow."

I wonder if we're still arguably the worst team in the country, according to some. Didn't look that way last night. Good effort, good win. Penalty kill was 100 times better than it has been. I thought our Dfensmen were really good for the most part. And I love that combo on the 4th line. Moore in particular played his best game of the year. Going into the weekend, I was hoping for a split. Now I'm greedy and would love to see more than that.

So they can play well. It's on the coaching staff to get them to play to their potential in 8 or 9 out of 10 games instead 2 or 3 out of 10 games.
