Not panicking yet but seemed like a lot of movement this weekend. Going to need a little barrage of signings when the dead period ends here in a bit.

It's a certain kind of player indeed. We'll see what he has for hops and quickness. One way or another, the teams that advance in the tournament seem to be able to shoot over defenses.

I was curious how he and Crocker-Johnson compare to the prototype shooting small forward alumnus. Willie Burton was 6-8, 210, and shot 38 percent from behind a closer-in arc.

I wouldn't call 35% prolific, but its still very good. Better than anyone on our team that played major minutes besides Garcia.

Here's to hoping we get a couple guys out of the Enis/Evans/Lindsay/Miles/Keshawn Williams(?) bin. just load the floor with shooters that can slash and rebound.


I mentioned Williams because hes a CSU transfer. Wasn't asked to do much last year likely because he was buried behind Clifford, Lake and Evans. But looking back to his NIU stint, he can score
 

well lets hope gophers crew is dialed in on this one. looks like he would be a very solid signing!

70% of his shots are 3's.....so we know what hes on the court for!

also watching highlights some guys just know how to use screens without the ball in his hands, and hes one of them

Still desperately need a big body or two. Small ball works in lesser leagues and occasionally in bigger ones, but a complete team needs a force in the middle to make bunnies, get rebounds and keep others away from the basket.
