Naz would play 5-8 more minutes per game as a starter. In 17 games as a starter this season he's averaging 18.3 PPG, 9 REB, 3.2 AST, 1.3 BLK's. Randle is averaging 18.7 PPG, 7 REB, 4.6 AST, 0.2 BLK's. Naz doesn't just play against other teams bench players, no teams rotate 5 guys in and 5 guys out.
I don't think a top 3 of Ant, Naz, and McDaniels would be all that different from OKC's top 3 of SGA, Williams, and Chet. I think it's better than Houstons young top 3 of Green, Sengun, Thompson. This is the same core that continues to own Denver's core of Jokic, Murray, and Porter Jr since last years playoffs.
Having a traditional PG is overrated in today's NBA. Most NBA guards are combo guards. You have to continue to project improvements from Ant, Jaden, Naz, Dillingham, Shannon, Clark, as they all can still get a lot better. Randle likely won't be here past this season. There is room to reshape the roster around Ant/Naz/Jaden.
