I agree with kent state. And I think that game will be much closer than some think.

Colorado state vs unlv.. I'm in complete agreement. Speaking of unlv.. with all that h.s. talent in and around vegas... How are they not relevant .. talk about needing to put a wall up to keep the talent in state
Is there that much talent around Vegas? I know Bishop Gorman and Desert Pines are good. But of course they get raided by the PAC12 schools.

Somewhere like 2-2.5M people live in the valley and you can practice outdoors all year round. For whatever that's worth.

I believe he has/had five other officials set up already. Not sure why he picked this one as an unofficial.
Well your first sentence would be the reason, wouldn't it? Five is the limit, and if he had already committed to those other five first ....

Maybe they told him late that Hasert was out, and so they wanted him on campus for at least an unofficial as his scholarship offer had become committable?

I'm pulling that out of my rear end.

Could be. He hasn’t taken all of them yet, but they are all this month, so maybe he just scheduled those five first.

I'm curious how the selling of the 2019 season is going? I'd imagine it would be easy to say that we had a lot of people out for many games last year and it was a fluke year because not every program had as many out as we did

It's going to take more than 2019 to sell this as a program that can compete year in and year out for the B1G.... Especially if realignment happens. Look at wisc. They have been relevant for 20 years. They still can't compete with the major players for 5* studs... We are a long ways off from cracking top 20 recruiting classes year in and year out

I'm sure PJ just sells the positive. Best record and NYD bowl game win in ages, a win over Auburn.

Stuff happening that hasn't in ages so get on board be a nekton and be a legend with a program already reaching new heights.

Marshall 2 hours and 44 minutes to the U, and to ISU 4 hours and 39 minute.

Yet Dylan Hassert chose ISU. Maybe he is more comfortable in a school in a rural setting than the U. I don't know for sure, but some of the Southern MN boys seem to hear the sooie! call from Iowa better being that close to the Iowa border line.

Hopefully, he is inspired by one Antoine Winfield Jr, and Benjamin St. Juste. Gophers is becoming CB Country.
Watch his film... He a tiny guy but he's got some serious wheels. He could see time on special teams this fall

Will be interesting to see where some of these unranked guys fall when the sites get caught up with their rankings.

Definite emphasis on speed so far with this class as we have a number of smaller, fast guys committed so far.

I honestly notice this class has a ton of kids who had ivy league offers. Fast and SMART were obviously 2 priorities this year

So this Jack Pyburn must be committing to the U today?

He suddenly (? or maybe I just missed it before) appears on the June 18 visit list and his public 247 profile shows June 16 unofficial visit, Gophers offer, and then June 18 official visit.

6-3 247lbs, and a top state wrestler (in Florida, no idea how competitive their state tournament is). Love that! It says Edge, and maybe they see him as a "Rush end"?
