Not a real big deal, at least not for Shady IMO. I don't know anyone that didn't drink underage in college. If he was driving it would be different. Floyd was apparently involved in a fight, though, and had blood on his hands.

According to the University of Minnesota police report, two men later identified as Floyd, 20, and Salamon, 19, were seen running and getting into a vehicle driven by a young woman. After stopping the vehicle, police noticed that Floyd, seated in the driver's side back seat, had blood on his hands, feet and shirt. Floyd told police that he had been involved in an altercation with a Somali male at a house party, and admitted he had been drinking.
Salamon was in the backseat on the passenger side, and according to the report had "slurred slow speech and had blood shot watery eyes.'' Salamon also admitted he had been drinking.
The driver of the car, Casey Marylee Radcliffe, 20, attempted to leave the scene with Salamon still in the backseat as police were writing a citation. Radcliffe was charged with DWI, obstructing the legal process and underage drinking. Two other young men at the scene were cited for underage drinking.
