Would you take a #6 seed if it were offered right now?

Because unless you're seeded #1 you aren't "guaranteed" a win in the tourney. And frankly this team should be capable of higher than a #6 seed.

Capable? Maybe. But the regular season ceiling is probably a 4 seed. The floor is missing the tournament again. I'd say a 6 seed is a pretty good deal given those two extremes. A #6 seed basically means this is a top 25 team and in the top 5-6 in the B1G. Who wouldn't take that after the last few years?

If the B1G is as good next year as it was this, I would expect a top 4 finish. I don't think the B1G will be nearly as deep as it was last year, it will still be the best conference, but I think the winning team could have as few as 3 losses. I'm surprised more people aren't expecting bigger things out of these guys next year. I really think we are on the precipice of a real resurgence in hoops. If this team is good, and the program proves that it can be viable we have a unique confluence of factors that could cause the success to snowball.
