This is part of Fleck’s issue as of late, there is no easy successor even on an interim basis.

I'm inclined to say Yes at this point, as much as I'm not crazy about the precedent it sets. I agree with most that say, who in the world are you going to get at this point to replace him? It could set the program back several years.

At a minimum, I would make it contingent upon Fleck shit-canning Wenger from his Special Teams role. This program could/should do so, so much better. The ST, as a whole (barring some bright spots of certain specialists) have been an embarrassment for almost all of Fleck's tenure.
