Yes, he did not succeed in the NFL as a head coach with the Jags having been recently fired, but his track record fits exactly what the Gophers should be looking for.
1) Defensive Minded Coach - Defense WINS in the Big Ten, and I've enjoyed what Clayes and Sawvel have put together we need to keep that going. Bradley was DC at NDSU under Bohl before heading to the NFL, DC for the Seahawks that had great defensive units, also learned under Monte Kiffin.
2) Knows the Midwest and has Ties - As I've mentioned, has coached at NDSU, born in MN (everyone loves to say he's one of us).
3) Recruiting Intangibles - Knows what it takes to get to the NFL has connections in college and NFL could put together a decent staff I would imagine....
Only negatives, he doesn't currently coach in college so he wouldn't be "bringing recruits with him." Thoughts???
