Jalen Smith completed 2 difficult catches to convert pivotal scores. We would not have won without him. That said, the other Smith is a close second and was a similar level of pivotal on defense.

It was a close one. Anthony had a great game, and if Jalen hadn't had two great TD catches, including the game-winning play, Anthony would be MVP.

I'm really glad they're both coming back.

p.s. off topic - but if our O Line isn't better next season, regardless of superstars our season won't be any better. You've got to be able to pass block and create running lanes in order to win.

It's definitely the Smiths, but after an up and down year Koi put together a heckuva game. I've been a skeptic of him playing WR but he was excellent tonight.

I voted Anthony Smith, but leaving Maverick Baronowski off the list is near criminal.

The Smiths, DT, Koi and Maverick all had stellar games. Menz wasn't to shabby. Nestor made some plays. The supporting cast wasn't quite as good. I thought we might see the true Frosh running backs today, but the game was too close. Defense should be good next year. Offense is a work in progress, from OC on down.

Mav definitely should have been on the list. MVP was one of the Smith's but I gave the nod to Anthony because he was a problem for New Mexico all game.
