Roy and Brian Clifton hate each other. The only way Wall was going to Carolina is if Brian Clifton died first. Wes had nothing to do with it and Roy doesn't go after kids he can't land to protect his "image". Roy Williams is all image (much like UNC) and he's one of the most disingenuous people in basketball. He basically accused Tom Izzo of cheating in his book to land Delvin Roe and had to call him and "apologize".
