heard he just eliminated Gonzaga leaving MN, Duke and Stanford. Odds getting better!
 

Duke?....Stanford?....BORING! Give me Minnesota. There's the place to play!
 


I vote Minnesota... because that's what I want. And that's how recruiting ought to work.
 


I don't know, but I hope it's Minnesota. Reid can be a star at Minnesota, it's a lot harder to earn major PT at Duke and it's not like Duke is going to be able to magically turn him into a NBA player.

If Reid chooses Duke, it'll be for the right reasons, and I'll respect his decision. He would pick Duke for the challenges - the academic challenge of attending an Ivy-League caliber school and the athletic challenge of competing against other studs for playing time and against other blue-blood programs in big games. He wouldn't be like some others who might sign with a Duke because they thought they were too good for Minnesota. Reid is humble and grounded.

Agreed. I just hope this super optimistic crowd doesn't go berserk on this kid if he so happens to choose another destination instead of MN.

Absolutely not! Dissapointment for sure, but nobody can criticize Reid. He's what every high school recruit should strive to be, and unlike Tyus and Rashad, Reid doesn't have an ego. Man, I hope we land him.

A few will go berserk. Most will go into full blown meltdown mode that is bound to be classic.
 

Minnesota cause Pitinos been on a run with Mason and Morris committing in the past couple of weeks so why not keep it going right?

I'm overruling myself and going with Minnesota instead of Stanford.
