What grade would you give the Gophers coaches in solid win over MSU?

No major complaints. Ugly turnovers a product of player execution.

A. Solid Big Ten win. Always room for improvement but goal was met.

A-. Still shelled up at the end, and still have no PR or KR ability, but overall solid game plan.

Felt like they went away from what was working at times. D was not prepared for the running qb. But overall they put the players in a position to win. B

Probably wasn’t the easiest task getting the team ready after last week. Nice win.

C. Sparty is mailing it in and we left it closer than it should have been. Granted we're not giant killers ourselves, so who knows. But a solid win by more than one score. We scored over 25 (makes Brian Ferentz so jelly).

Down 0-6 after the 1st quarter due to fumbles deep in our own territory and end up winning 27-12. I'll give them an A.

Coach in the post-game with KG called this game the "slowest start" of his career at Minnesota.

With that note to the teacher in the margin of the exam page went with a B.

Not that we regularly start fast...we don't...pretty much ever. But coaching had to play some role in getting past the self-inflicted wounds of the starting 5 series and more, so credit is given.

Again Defense gets an A. Thank goodness.

Defense gets an A. I was a tiny bit worried with the backup QB, but we figured him out after the first series.

I gave a B. Can’t control the mistakes. Beat a crappy team at home they were favored by a TD over.

Starting off with two TOs is often gone over. Defense is playing very well, Offense was pretty decent, too. Got to find some more receivers though. Good D takes Jackson out of the game and where do we go next with passes?

I'm rethinking my C. A win and covering should probably net higher. Don't know.
