Western Conference Finals Minnesota Timberwolves vs Oklahoma City Thunder

Really? Finch was pretty public about it even before the series started. You want Ant to keep his mouth shut, well he has done a much better job of it since he was suspended. Still doesn't matter. He gets constantly hacked, doesn't get calls, SGA flops after someone gets within 3 ft of him and he goes to the line.

Brunson flops plenty too, but you can't tell me that after watching last nights game, that the officiating isn't entirely different for the Pacers, Knicks, and Wolves than it is for SGA/OKC. It has nothing to do with being 'smart'.
Ant hanging around flailing his arms after every non call while the ball goes the other way not only doesn't help his cause, it hurts the team. That's not smart. Naz and DDV were doing it too.

From what I read and saw, Finch said the players need to focus on the game because SGA is going to get the calls (paraphrasing). That's pretty benign. Maybe you saw something different.

I think he needs to publicly go after the refs and the league pretty hard AND privately tell his players to calm down and play basketball.

I didn't see the game last night. I wish I had.

I'll give you the pouting and lagging behind on defense. It drives me crazy too. Finch says that now but he called them out pre game 1 and during the regular season too. Called out the refs after the Warriors won game 1 too.

You missed out last night! Unreal. In addition to what Finch has previously said, I think the national media has gone after SGA and the refs/NBA pretty hard since game 1. It was awful and everyone that watched knows it. We'll see if it changes tonight.

I got a good feeling the Wolves are going to win tonight. Got them winning by 8.

Well I hope the end of the half is not a precursor of the 2nd half again tonight. Flop by OKC on a screen and free throws on the other end. Not good Bob.

This game sure feels like it’s going to be whoever can string together stops down the stretch. D both ways has been mediocre tonight coupled with some better shot selection from the wolves and okc actually making their open 2s

Welp yikes. They mentally imploded far earlier instead

Ant the only one who showed up tonight. Going to need to be some words shared on the plane ride home

15 - 20th best player in the league is pissing on the Wolves…
The starting point guard and center for OKC have 50 points combined

Our starting point guard and center have a combined 6 points.

It's impossible to overcome.

Dillingham must turn into God because we have little assets or ways to get better.

The fact that Donte and Naz have been absolute disasters, and TSJ can’t crack the rotation is ridiculous. Try something else. Attack the rim.

Conley is a +10 and Donte is a -27 tonight.

The wolves having McDaniels and NAW actually score tonight only for Randel to disappear is something.
We can't stop OKC.

I thought we could play better defense against them.

I thought we played about as well as we can offensively and the game was never in doubt.

McDaniels has a right to be mad. He got a flagrant foul 1. But to me Shai Gilgeous-Alexander got away with a clear offensive foul. But in the end. Minnesota can't stop that OKC run in the 3rd QTR. No fear. We going to win the next 2 at home to get to 2-2.

I whined about all the 3 days between games in the other series. We need that now.

OKC is wearing us down and I don't see any way we win 2 straight.

We shot 41% from the field and 28% on 39 3pt attempts. That’s far from as well as they can play offensively. Defense is definitely an issue, but the shooting has been atrocious.

OKC is outstanding. Team of interchangeable parts & nails defensively along with their MVP & Super Freak post player. Doesn’t hurt to get some soft foul calls resulting in free throws. They’ve been closer to mortal on the road with a 3-2 record in the playoffs. Attack the rim at the Target Center resulting in space for open threes. Need OKC to chase the game.

If you wanna dig for hope, Dallas beat OKC last year after the series was 2-2.
Maybe the Wolves can claw out a couple at home to make it a series

OKC is the best team in the NBA. They're just better than the Wolves. There's no shame in losing to them.
