I know this will be surprising to many, but Colorado is still a very mediocre team

Indiana blew out cupcake #3....will be interesting to see how they look next week against Illinois when they finally face a team with a pulse.

UCLA needed a big 4th down stop near the goal line to avoid going into halftime down 14 at home to New Mexico in a game where UCLA is a favored by like 15 points.

He's only in year 2 but if they drop this one and fall to 0-3 Foster's seat is going to get scorching hot.

Nice clock management by Foster at the end of the half here

Indiana State is their St. Thomas, yeah a cupcake but my god, the finals score was 73-0 with Indiana State gaining 77 total yards. We'll see what they look like against someone good, but that's a dismantling worse than Northwestern State. Also worth noting Fernando Mendoza went 19/20 for 270 yards, 5 TD's and no interceptions and his younger brother, backup Alberto Mendoza went 6/9 for 109 yards and 2 TD's. Impressive numbers against an unimpressive opponent.

If we wanted to hang 100 on Northwestern State we could have but we pulled our starters early and only put the ball int he air 17 times. Stat lines in games like that are worthless.

Bottom line is we know nothing about Indiana this season because their non-conf schedule is a joke. We will find out if they are actually any good next weekend when they play what looks like a very good Illinois team.

Won't be surprised one bit if Indiana drops their first 3 Big Ten games. But we will find out a lot about them next weekend.

UCLA getting blown out.....by New Mexico......bummer they are not on our schedule.

Kansas State sitting at 1-3 after losing to Arizona.

I believe they were a preseason #17 or so.

Only win was a shootout with North Dakota.

If this is how bad WI is going to be all year, I don’t see how you don’t fire fickell
Wisconsin now reminds me of Minnesota when they hired Brewster. They basically built around the run which enabled them to recruit RB and Oline. Now, they have zero identity. Same as Brewster's offense changing the one thing Mason did really, really well - run the ball. I think WI is in Never Never Land now - they have no identity and fan interest is waning.

They certainly seem to have fallen off since the era when they would run out the beefeaters for a seven o-lineman formation in short yardage and the crowd would go wild.

Is Foster's high point at UCLA going to be at the big ten media days when he accurately identified UCLA as being in Los Angeles?

Ryan Williams is really fun to watch.....he just put a move on after a catch that was ridiculous and sprung him for a TD. Hell of a weapon.

Wisconsin is horrible. They'll probably find 1 or 2 more wins, but I also wouldn't be surprised if they didn't win another game this season.

Nebraska is playing against HCU and HCU is really bad. HCU plays Northwestern State this year. That might be interesting.
